1. Northern Arc Capital Limited

Northern Arc Capital Ltd, a key player in the non-banking financial sector, will debut on both the NSE and BSE on September 24. The company successfully raised ₹777 crore through its IPO, which saw overwhelming demand from institutional investors, with the issue being subscribed 110.91 times. This offering consisted of a fresh issue of 1.9 crore shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.05 crore shares. Share allotment status was announced on September 20, and shares are expected to be credited to Demat accounts and refunds initiated on September 23.
Founded in 2009, Northern Arc Capital specializes in providing financing solutions for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), microfinance, vehicle financing, affordable housing, consumer finance, and agricultural finance.
2. Arkade Developers Limited
Listing Date: September 24
Issue Size: ₹410 Crore
Issue Price: ₹128
Arkade Developers Ltd, a prominent real estate developer based in Mumbai, will also list its shares on September 24. The company’s ₹410-crore IPO was open for subscription from September 16 to 19 and was oversubscribed 106.4 times. The share allotment was finalized on September 20, and like Northern Arc, it will commence refunds and share credits on September 23.
3. Western Carriers (India) Limited
Listing Date: September 24
Issue Size: ₹492.88 Crore
Issue Price: ₹172
Western Carriers (India) is set to debut on the BSE and NSE on September 24 as well. The logistics company’s IPO closed on September 19, raising ₹492.88 crore through a fresh issue of shares valued at ₹400 crore and an OFS of ₹93 crore. The offering was oversubscribed around 30 times. The company will announce the share allotment on September 20 and initiate refunds and credits on September 23.
Western Carriers offers logistics services across various sectors, including FMCG, building materials, metals, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas.
11 SME IPOs Scheduled to Launch
In addition to the three mainboard listings, this week will see 11 SME public offers making their market debut. Notably, Popular Foundations Limited will list on the BSE SME platform, while the remaining IPOs will debut on the NSE SME platform, Emerge.
Key Dates for SME Listings
September 24: Five SME IPOs will start trading. Alongside Popular Foundations Ltd on the BSE, Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited, Envirotech Systems, Pelatro Limited, and Osel Devices Limited will list on the NSE SME platform.
September 25: Paramount Speciality Forgings Ltd will launch on the NSE SME platform, with an IPO size of ₹32.34 crore.
September 26: Kalana Ispat Ltd will also debut on the NSE SME platform after successfully completing its ₹32.59-crore public offer.
September 29: A busy Friday will witness four SME IPOs commencing trading on the NSE SME platform: BikeWo GreenTech Limited (₹24.09 crore), SD Retail Limited (₹64.98 crore), Phoenix Overseas Limited (₹36.03 crore), and Avi Ansh Textile Limited (₹25.99 crore).
