Provident Housing Ltd,the wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd, has purchased the landowner’s Share in its Adora De Goa project, in Dabolim, South Goa for a consideration of Rs 122 crore, with additional GDV of Rs 215 crore.
Nila Spaces Ltd wins bid for major Residential Development Project at GIFT City – Gandhinagar. The winning bid was calculated at Rs 6,557/sqft of Development rights, bringing the total value of the development rights to Rs 342.27 crore.
